Down Syndrome Ireland launch new creative hub in Tipperary library

The creative hub is available in Thurles Library
Thurles Library in collaboration with Down Syndrome Tipperary-Meitheal 21, is excited to launch ReCreate: Art for All Abilities, a vibrant and inclusive arts project designed to foster creativity and self-expression for people with Down Syndrome and additional needs.
This initiative provides a platform for their members with Down Syndrome, of all ages, from babies to adults, to explore various art forms in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Through structured workshops, participants will engage in creative activities that celebrate their unique perspectives and talents.
This project builds on the work Down Syndrome Tipperary has been doing to create meaningful opportunities for its members.
Down Syndrome Tipperary-Meitheal 21 would like to thank Thurles Library for their encouragement and unwavering support.
Their collaboration has made it possible for their members to have this unique opportunity to showcase their abilities and creativity.
Their ongoing support plays a vital role in promoting the inclusion of people with Down syndrome in our community, and they are excited to bring this project to life with their help.
They would also like to thank Creative Ireland for funding their exciting new initiative.
