Exercise classes begin at Owning House near Carrick-on-Suir next week

New exercise classes will begin at Owning House & Retirement Village in Owning near Carrick-on-Suir next Monday, April 8 at 2 pm.

These classes will be a huge benefit to all, particularly those with limited movement or those recovering from surgery. All are more than welcome to come along and see how they get on.

“Our classes are run by Sieul Bleu, who are fully qualified trainers and experts in assisting those with specific needs," said Eddie Reade, Manager of Owning House & Retirement Village.
