Gardaí seize this Tipperary motorist's car for not having these four basic driving requirements

Tipperary Roads Policing Unit seized a vehicle in Templemore yesterday.

The driver was stopped because the ANPR showed the driver had no insurance.

But that wasn't all.

The gardaí discovered the driver also had never had a licence.

The vehicle also had neither NCT nor tax.

The car was seized, and the driver will go to court.
