IN PICTURES: Nicky English was on hand to present Tipperary legends with All-Ireland medals

The Tipperary Masters hurling team were presented with their All-Ireland medals recently

There were smiles and craic aplenty in Mrs Croghs Bar in Thurles, where Tipperary legend Nicky English was on hand to present the All-Ireland winning Tipperary Masters Hurling team with their medals after the success on the field in 2024.

Organised by Thurles Sarsfields’ Ger ‘Redser’ O’Grady, the night was a roaring success with familiar faces from days gone by on hand to celebrate the success of the Masters crown, and no doubt, speak about the successes of yesteryear.

The players got together after the Tipperary versus Cork National Hurling League game on Saturday, February 22. The team will be returning to the field this month to defend their title, first, on May 17 against Galway.
