The Novelty Dog Show and Complimentary BBQ at the Village Market Holycross was a great success last month.
Congratulations to all 20 winners across the seven categories who collectively picked more than €500 worth of prizes and vouchers.
Proceeds were donated to Mo Chara Animal Rescue. Mary Hackett with Belle was the delighted overall of winner, picking up a large hamper.
The Village Market Team sincerely thank all of our generous sponsors, Duggan Veterinary, Abbey Grey Vets, Jean Creations, and Joe of Premier Waggs Thurles, who had the toughest job to judge the many entrants on the day.
The BBQ team of volunteers were outstanding and served complimentary mouth watering burgers and chicken on behalf of The Village Market.
It was our privilege to give back to and facilitate this filun, entertaining event for visitors, families, traders and our broader community.
Congratulations to the fifth class boys who pretty much sold out of autographed sliotars for the Dillion Quirke Foundation, we were delighted to provide a platform for that initiative.
