The free event will start from Carey's Castle in Clonmel
A free introductory mountain biking session for women is planned in Clonmel on Tuesday, August 12 as part of the upcoming Her Outdoors Week
Qualified instructors will be on hand to lead the group of beginners while offering instruction and tips on bike handling, braking and body position.
Participants should wear Comfortable clothing and footwear and bring your own water and sunscreen.
Bikes and safety gear will be provided on the day.
The session will start at Carey's Castle, Clonmel on August 12 at 6.30pm and run until 8pm. Registration is essential.
