Limerick hurlers' home league opener moved to FBD Semple Stadium

John Kiely's men will play two weekends in a row at the venue
FBD Semple Stadium will host the Limerick hurlers' opening Allianz Hurling League Division 1 Group B game against Antrim, which has been moved to the Thurles venue.
A request to switch Sunday week’s game to the Thurles venue has been granted by the Central Competition Control Committee today, as TUS Gaelic Grounds’ playing surface continues to undergo remedial work.
FBD Semple Stadium is available that weekend as Tipperary’s hurlers meet Dublin in Parnell Park that Saturday, while Paul Kelly's footballers travel to face Longford in Glennon Brothers Pearse Park the following Sunday afternoon.
