Plans submitted to the council show that the development will be in Clonmel and consist of three-bedroom homes.
Planning permission has been sought by a developer in Tipperary to create 35 new homes in Clonmel.
The proposed plans are for a development at Crann Ard and Glencarra Estates, Ardgeeha Upper, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
Plans submitted to Tipperary County Council last week show that the homes would comprise of 24 three-bedroom, two-storey, semi-detached units, nine three-bedroom, two-storey, terraced units and two three-bedroom, single-storey, detached units, with a total of 75 car parking spaces to be included in the development.
A Part 5 agreement with the council shows that seven of the planned units will be transferable to the council if plans were given the green light.
