Planning has been granted to turn an old Tipperary post office into a "residential living area".

Mary Costello made the application to Tipperary County Council for "the change of use of the existing post office area to residential living area into part of existing domestic house".

The development address is Borrisland North, Main Street, Borrisoleigh, Thurles, county Tipperary.

The council attached two conditions to their decision.
