Local Tipperary Tidy Towns group presented with generous donation
Templemore notes
The Templemore Tidy Towns group are back in action once again with the aim of keeping the town in pristine condition.
They will be found in many different locations around town in the coming months, and they are appealing for volunteers, young and old, to join them each Monday evening at 7pm.
They say your contribution can make a huge difference to the local environment, and will be very gratefully appreciated.
In recognition of their marvellous contribution to the town, David Cambie of Templemore Motor Works made a presentation to treasurer Anne Loughnane at last Monday night's work in the Town Park to support their efforts.
Also included are volunteers Pat Buckley, Frances Maxwell, Chairperson Bridget Jones, and Sean Fogarty.
The community wishes to say well done to all who continue to give of their time each week, and to David for his very kind contribution.
Working together, Templemore is as good as any other community in Ireland.
