Senior club matchplay at Tipperary Golf Club

John O’Donoghue and Thomas Crosse played each other in the Senior Club matchplay at Tipperary Golf Club.

John is a former All-Ireland hurling winner for Tipperary from the 1960s. He is also a former Irish international player in golf.

As the oldest player in the competition, he played the youngest player (Thomas Crosse) in a play-off.

It’s great to see that the competitive streak in John is still burning strongly.
