National attention for Tipperary school's production of West Side Story

While they were busy filming the students of UCT receiving their Junior Cycle results the crew of Virgin Media News also got a sneak glimpse of the furious preparations currently underway for the annual Ursuline musical West Side Story.

In the clip, the whole chorus were seen belting out the classic Tonight and even this short snippet looked energetic and entertaining.

This promises to be a fabulous production in every way from the stage, costumes and lighting to the acting, singing and dancing that portrays the tragic drama of two star-crossed lovers, Tony and Maria.

Tickets are currently on sale through the ticketing website Gr8 Events, https://www.gr8events.ie and are selling fast.
