6. Podge Campion Rating: 7/10 One of the shining lights of the Tipp team on Tuesday night, Campion's physical presence and hard running were a feature. He carries the ball so well for a big man, while his use of the ball was also on point. A midfield at sea in front of him left him open on a number of occasions, but he certainly looks like he could be a find at this early stage.

7. Shane Neville Rating: 7/10 A surprising inclusion in this year's Tipp panel, Neville had a very solid outing in his first game for the senior team. A forward in his underage days, Neville has played wing back for his club Cratloe in the past couple of years and he brought a confidence into this game.

8. Paddy Cadell Rating: 6/10 Cadell had a very mixed bag on Tuesday night. He worked very hard until he was brought off in the second half and did get onto a lot of possession, but he made some simple errors at times which is unlike him.

9. Ger Browne Rating: 6/10 Browne never really got into this game and with the midfield coming unstuck against Paddy Leavy and co, he was moved into the full forward line in the second half to no effect. Disappointing but it's still early days.
