PICTURE OF THE WEEK: Tipperary student takes part in science programme at UL

Pictured taking part in the TY Science Programme at the University of Limerick were Eimear Spain from St Anne’s Community College Killaloe and Isabelle Bourke from St Anne’s Secondary School in Tipperary Town.

Eimear and Isabelle were using spectrophotometry to determine the concentration of an unknown solution of Methylene Blue during a chemical sciences workshop.

The TY Science Programme is a collaboration between UL and SSPC, the Science Foundation Ireland Research Centre for Pharmaceuticals.
