On Friday night, April 4, Revival at the Ragg presented the money raised from their Tractor and Motorcycle run held on October 6 to Anna Ryan and Mary Callanan of Suir Haven Cancer Support Centre.
The run raised €14,500 in aid of both Suir Haven Cancer Support Centre and Irish Cancer Society Night Nurses.
Two very important cancer supports who rely heavily, if not fully, on donations to keep their organizations and vital supports going.
They would like to thank Revel at the Ragg for both hosting the event and the presentation night.
They would also like to thank all those who supported them in the lead up to the day and on the day itself.
They say like these wouldn't be possible without the support of the community and the participants on the day and they really appreciated how everyone rallied behind them to make this yet another very successful event.
The money raised will go to helping people and families fight cancer and provide them with some support while they do.
The importance of the services that these charities provide cannot be overemphasized enough.
The group issue a sincere thank you to everyone involved in the day, and hope to see everyone again later this year.
Photos on the day were taken by Jessica Tynan Photography.
