Planning has been lodged to demolish a dwelling house in Tipperary and build twelve apartments.
Michael Eustace & Co Ltd has made the application to Tipperary County Council for the demolition of an existing single storey derelict dwelling house and the construction of twelve two-bedroom apartments in three separate blocks.
The development address is at St Conlon's Road, Nenagh, county Tipperary.
The council has until July 31 to make its decision.
