The referee for the All-Ireland semi-final between Tipperary and Kilkenny has been announced

The referee for Tipperary's All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship semi-final clash against Kilkenny on Sunday week has been announced.

For the third time in this year's championship, Dublin referee Sean Stack will take up the officiating duties for the highly anticipated clash between the near neighbours, having already reffed Tipperary vs Cork and Tipperary vs Waterford in the Munster round robin.

Stack is being touted as the potential All-Ireland final referee for this year, should Dublin fail to beat Cork in the other semi-final, and Tipperary will be hoping they will be able to shake hands with the Dublin referee twice in the coming weeks on the pitch in Croke Park.
