Revealed: Tensions building in one Tipperary town over Russian invasion of Ukraine

A local representative has claimed that tensions are building in Cahir over the Russian invasion of Ukraine. 

Cllr Andy Moloney raised the issue at the meeting on Monday of the Tipperary/Cahir/Cashel Municipal District when he asked for members to keep the Ukraine and its people in their prayers as the war rages on over the coming weeks and months. 

He added that there are Russian and Ukrainian people living side by side in the town of Cahir and already tensions are high.
