Rory will be remembered by all at the Borrisoleigh Tractor Run this Sunday

This Sunday afternoon a tractor run will take place at the Town Park in Borrisoleigh in memory of the much loved Rory O'Dwyer.

Rory, who had a love of tractors and mechanical engineering, passed away after through illness just a year ago in January 2023.

The Borrisoleigh annual Tractor Run has become a mainstay in the calendar and the contribution of Rory was always paramount in the success of organised events.

He loved getting ready at weekends to go to a tractor run and raise funds for charities and communities across Tipperary and the wider region as well.

This Sunday registration takes place from 11am onwards at the Town Park in Borrisoleigh and the run starts at 12.30pm from the heart of Borris.

This is a special one this year and hopes are high that there will be a big turnout in memory of Rory to mirror his dedication to fundraising for worthy causes across the region.

Proceeds from the event will be donated to charity and anyone requiring further details can phone 0863881539.
