More than €2,000 has been raised in rowing club fundraiser

Over the month of February, Clonmel Rowing Club’s incredible members have rowed a staggering 8,037,470 metres- that’s over two million metres per week!

The rowathon has been undertaken as a fundraiser for the club, which is celebrating 155 years and is the oldest sporting club in Clonmel.

This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication of the club’s rowers and the amazing support from the community.

Every metre rowed brings the club closer to its goal, and they are so grateful to everyone who has contributed.

Already, €2,451 has been raised from 76 donors.

If you haven’t had a chance to support the GoFundMe Rowathon, there's still time.

Every donation helps, and can make a real impact.
