1. Darragh Egan (Kiladangan) Once again, Egan is proving to be a very useful asset to the club's second team, as he had another good outing in the narrow loss to the Silvermines. He made a great save from a Jason Forde shot in the first half, while his puckouts caused havoc throughout.

10. Evan Fitzpatrick (Roscrea) Fitzpatrick has been having an unusually subdued year in the red of Roscrea, but he looks to have turned a corner after a solid display against Moyne. He was everywhere in the game, and found the target as well repeatedly, scoring 0-4 points from play.

11. Donagh Maher (Burgess) Maher was a key part of Burgess upsetting the odds to claim a big win over St Marys to qualify for the knockout stages. Marys really struggled to pin him down, and his strike rate was very impressive, notching 0-4 points for his side.

13. Patrick Carey (Sean Treacys) A man who really brought his scoring prowess to bare in Semple Stadium last Saturday, Carey had a magnificent game. His pace was a real asset to Treacys throughout, while his free taking really kept the scoreboard ticking over. Hit some really clever points from play also. Really good.
