"Voter turnout is LOW in many places," says Independent General Election candidate for Tipperary South, John O'Heney.
He added: "This is NOT GOOD NEWS for new candidates.
"Please go out and VOTE before 10pm tonight. There is no point giving out later, if you don't have your say today."
