Three Tipperary camogie players honoured at Croke Park for their achievements
Drom/Inch trio receive AIB awards at GAA headquarters
After last Saturday's Very National Camogie League defeat to Kilkenny in Pilltown, Tipperary's Drom/Inch trio of Mairead Eviston, Caoimhe Bourke and Eimear McGrath had to quickly dash to Dublin, where the 2021/22 and 2022/23 AIB Camogie Club Championship Teams of the Year, Provincial Players of the Year and overall Players of the Year were being honoured in a special ceremony at Croke Park.
Drom/Inch keeper Caoimhe Bourke picked up her award for 2021/2022 Munster Player of the Year, while both Mairead Eviston and Eimear McGrath were named on the 2022/2023 AIB Club Team of the Year.
Mairead, who captained Drom/Inch to Munster success, was awarded the 2022/2023 Munster Player of the Year award.
Congratulations to all three players on a wonderful achievement.
