Thurles school pay tribute to 1939 Harty Cup winner who passed away recently
Sean Ryan passed away in March at the age 0f 102
Very sad to hear about the passing of one of our oldest Harty Cup winners, Sean Ryan from the 1939 winning team passed away at the age of 102.
He was known as Sean although his official name was John. Sean is pictured in the middle row and second in from the left.
The names accompanying the photo are mixed up, unfortunately.
Thanks to his daughter Cloda for reaching out to us at the time of his 100th birthday and keeping in contact with us.
Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dhílis.
