Thurles transition year group make it through to the national Junk Kouture final

Huge congratulations to our TY group My Birthday Suit who were selected from the Regional Finals in The Helix last week and now qualify for the National Final of the Junk Kouture competition, which will be held in Dublin this May.

Well done to Kate McCarthy, Ella Curran and Ruth Moriarty for their creativity, innovation and diligence. Your hard work has paid off. Thanks to their mentor and Art teacher, Ms Miriam O’Sullivan.
