Tipperary Council plans to declare roads in Emly housing estate public
The Council has given notice of its intention to take in charge the roads in this housing estate
Tipperary County Council has notified the public of its intention to take in charge the roads in the Glen Court estate in Emly.
A map showing details of Glen Court, Emly may be inspected at the Tipperary-Cahir-Cashel Municipal District Office, Rosanna Road, Tipperary Town, Co. Tipperary from 9.30am to 4.30pm from Monday to Friday, from Thursday, November 14 2024 to Thursday, December 12 2024 (excluding Bank Holidays) or viewed online at www.tipperarycoco.ie.
Submissions or representations relating to the above may be made in writing to Liam Brett, Director of Services, Roads and Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary no later than 12 noon on Monday, January 6 2025.
