The event will be held in Littleton on August 28

Tipperary gardaí are holding a stolen property recovery event on Thursday, August 28, at the Community Centre, Littleton.

Their intention is to reunite the victims of crime with their property.

This will include a significant amount of property recovered by gardaí in recent months following an intelligence led operation into organised crime in the Tipperary Division.

The intention is to display these items which have not been identified or claimed by owners and have remained in garda custody until now.

Tipperary gardaí are inviting the injured parties of thefts and burglaries in 2024 and 2025 to attend on the day and identify their property.

They say they believe these items have been taken in the greater Tipperary area and are appealing to the public for their assistance in this matter.

The Crime Prevention Officer, and Victims of Crime Services will also be available on the day to the public.
