6. Brian McGrath Rating: 7/10 Looked pretty good all game. Held the centre well and chipped in with two points including a booming, long range free.

7. Bryan O'Mara Rating: 7/10 Looked assured and comfortable all game which is his want. Like a lot of the regulars, he tired as the game wore on but that is to be expected at this stage.

8. Josh Keller Rating: 7/10 Looks the brightest prospect to get significant game time of the outsiders on current evidence. He covered a lot of ground, linked up well in possession and has real confidence in his play.

9. Alan Tynan Rating: 8/10 A nasty collarbone injury will have scuppered an otherwise positive outing for Tynan. He got on a mountain of possession, carried the ball well, but was wasteful with his shooting at times. Hopefully, he will have a swift return before championship.
