Tipperary man is enjoying representing Munster in Junior Rugby after tough trial period

Kilfeacle RFC
Last Saturday Cahir native Ricky Whitney played rugby for the Munster Juniors V Connaught Juniors in Westport where Munster won.
Ricky plays for Kilfeacle RFC and his parents are Joanne & Jamie Noonan from Cahir, his brother Bobby also plays for Kilfeacle RFC and his sister Abby plays football for Cahir and tag rugby and AFL for Ireland.
So definitely a sporting family!
Ricky is one of the only three Tipperary men to be selected to represent Munster after an extensive and tough trial period.
Munster will now play Leinster at home next Saturday in Waterpark, Waterford and then travel to Dromore to face Ulster.
We wish Ricky and his teammates the best of luck for the rest of the Inter Provincial competition. Congratulations to Ricky on the fantastic achievement!
