Tipperary road to close for almost one month from the middle of February

Tipperary County Council have announced their intention to close the R505, Cappawhite, from the junction of the L-5108 (Church Street) to the R-497 from Monday, February 12 until March 8.

The closure will be in effect from 7am until 6pm each day.

Traffic is to be diverted via:

L-1159 Cappawhite to Four Cross Roads and

L-1156 Ironmills / Four Cross Roads / Toem / Doon road.

The closure is to facilitate the laying of a new watermain and install service connections.
