The game was neck in neck at 12 minutes in with 4 points each

At 12 minutes into the All-Ireland final, Tipperary landed another point after Darragh McCarthy score his first point of the match.

There was some brief uncertainty over whether the ball actually went through the posts but Hawk-Eye confirmed the score for Tipperary in no time.

The 2025 GAA All-Ireland hurling championship is set to come to a thrilling conclusion today as old foes Cork and Tipperary collide in a historic decider at Croke Park.

Remarkably, it's the first time these Munster powerhouses have met in an All-Ireland senior final, despite decades of fiery encounters elsewhere.

Cork are chasing their first Liam MacCarthy triumph in 20 years, while Tipperary are looking to reclaim the title they last lifted in 2019.

The sides have already met three times this year, with Cork holding a 2-1 edge, including a 15-point Munster win and a dominant League final performance. Tipperary, however, won the early-season League clash, and come into this game with momentum after a high-scoring run through the knockout stages.
