Two Tipperary gardaí injured when their patrol car is rammed by suspected stolen vehicle

Two gardaí required medical treatment after the patrol car they were in was rammed in Roscrea last week.

The incident happened at around 10.30pm last Saturday on the Birr road.

It is understood that the other vehicle involved had been stolen.

One male was arrested and taken to Nenagh Garda Station for questioning.

He was due to appear in court in Limerick this Tuesday charged with a number of offences.
