URGENT: Appeal in Tipperary over black Avensis following robbery overnight

A local councillor has issued an urgent appeal for people to "report any sightings of a black Avensis with an 05 cattle box (missing a back tail light) on it".

The vehicle was in the Newcastle and Knocklofty area on Tuesday night and Cllr Máirín McGrath is calling on the public to report its location to gardaí as a matter of urgency.

Just after 10pm she said there was a robbery in the area and a motorbike was stolen.
