WHAT'S ON: Heritage Week events in Roscrea

To coincide with National Heritage Week, the society will host a Rambling House in Roscrea Courthouse on Monday, August 14.
Join Fear an Tí Séamus Moloughney for a fabulous evening of music and song. Doors open at 7pm, free admission.
Save the date – Sunday, August 20 (2-5pm). Following on from their first ever Dancing at the Crossroads during heritage week in 2019 Knock GAA together with Knock Tidy Village are delighted to host this event once again in Knock Village.
This year promises to be even bigger and better with just a sample of the line-up such as traditional Irish music and dancers, Séamus Moloughney and friends followed with music by Tim Chambers (6-9pm).
Traditional games will be played in abundance. There will be a raffle with top-class prizes, the official opening of the AstroTurf, the best vintage dress, the turf footing competition and much more! Refreshments will be served on the day.
This promises to be a fantastic family fun day, all welcome, bígí linn!
