Samhain Fest returns to Tipperary Town this Halloween

Samhain Fest returns to Tipperary Town for a Spooktacular Halloween night this October 31.

This year's festival takes inspiration from the mysterious local legend of the Abbey Treasure, bringing a haunting twist to the second year of the annual festival.

Legend has it that treasure is buried at the Abbey School and if you want the gold you must dig it up at midnight, but be warned before you get to the treasure, it is guarded by a fiery bull.

The Arra Haunted Trail is also back and promises to be bigger this year with lots of scares, and some extra special surprises.

The free trail kicks off at 6pm, with the fireworks display taking place at 7:30pm.

This event is brought to you as collaboration between Tipperary County Council, Tipperary Town Business Alliance, Tipperary Town Revitalisation & Creative Places, Tipperary Town. Many thanks to all the wider stakeholders involved in delivering a safe family friendly event.
