Games across the weekend, which were scheduled as part of the Tipperary GAA calendar, have been called off.

Due to the sad passing of GAA stalwart Timmy Moloney in the Cashel King Cormacs club, todays Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship semi final between Cashel King Cormacs and Lorrha Dorrha due to be played in Toomevara today has been postponed.

In camogie, due to the bereavement in Cashel, both the senior relegation game vs Nenagh Eire Og (fixed for Sunday) and the Junior B quarter final vs Portroe (fixed for Saturday evening) have been postponed.

The minor A hurling championship final, fixed for Sunday afternoon, between Holycross/Ballycahill and Mullinahone is also called off due to a bereavement in Holycross.

There are no other reported changes to fixtures at present. Two games took place last night, firstly the FBD Insurance county junior “A” football championship quarter final finished up Arravale Rovers 1-11(14) Roscrea 2-9(15).

In the junior B hurling quarter final Swans progressed against Knock on a scoreline of Carrick Swan 0-20 Knock 2-09.
