Nenagh Municipal District Council has been asked to look at placing the “stop” sign at the exit from Kenyon Street carpark level with the build out it installed during Covid.

“When you come out of the carpark, you cross the footpath,” Cllr Hughie McGrath told the Council’s November meeting. “It’s a bit confusing at the moment.”

He also asked that the crossing for pedestrians be raised.

District engineer Barry Murphy said that he will look at the sightlines and report back to Cllr McGrath.
