PICTURE: Tipperary gardaí catch driver who had a Learner Permit for almost 35 years
But the Learner Permit had expired 'many years ago'
Tipperary Roads Policing Unit intercepted a car on Saturday in Killenaule after an Automatic Number Plate Recognition alert for no insurance.
Gardaí found the driver had a Learner Permit for almost 35 years, however it expired many years ago, the driver also had no insurance and no tax.
Car seized with court to follow.
