Fethard claimed the 2001 County Senior Football Championship with victory over Aherlow in the final, before going on to represent Tipperary in the Munster Club Championship. Their impressive campaign saw them progress all the way to the provincial decider, where they eventually came up short against Cork giants Nemo Rangers.
Last Sunday's occasion provided a fitting opportunity for the players and management to reunite, reminisce about their achievements and receive recognition for a memorable year in the club's history.
