Place4U launched the findings of its Men’s Health and Wellbeing Programme at an event in TUS Clonmel on Thursday, April 30.
The evaluation found that the programme delivers sustained improvements in both physical and mental health among older men.
Key findings show that 97% of participants reported improved mental wellbeing, 96% improved sleep quality, and 83% reduced fear of falling. The study also found that 81% of participants now meet recommended physical activity guidelines, while many reported increased community involvement and social connection.
