Hayes Hotel in Thurles will be the venue for a very notable land auction on Wednesday, February 15 at 2pm.

The lands in question total approximately 19½ st. acres and are located about 1½ miles outside Holycross on the Cashel Road.

Local auctioneers Thomas V Ryan will be conducting proceedings. Holycross is renowned for having some of the best land in mid-Tipperary with very little brought to the market.

In keeping with recent trends the auctioneers are expecting good interest on the day.

The lands are easily accessible (opposite Holycross FC) and have three roadside entrance gates.

The road frontage is substantial spanning in excess of 250 metres. While currently in grass the holding may also be suitable for tillage purposes.
