A private school in Tipperary has made an application for the demolition of a building on the school grounds at Rockwell College.
The Congregation of the Holy Spirit has made the application for the demolition of part of Talbot House (total area of demolition =1,363 m2), including all associated site development works.
The site lies with the curtilage of a protected structure reference number RPS105 – Rockwell College.
The council has until March 16 to make its decision.
