10. Padraig Greene (Upperchurch Drombane) Continues to show his quality in an Upperchurch jersey. His early goal really set the tone for his teammates, and he tagged over scores throughout too, bagging a beautiful sideline in the second half when his team were under the cosh.

11. Noel McGrath (Loughmore Castleiney) A man who continues to churn out top performances for his club. With the loss of so many key players before and during last weekend's game, McGrath really put his shoulder to the wheel and very nearly drew the game level with a last gasp 21 yard free. A class act.

12. Ciaran McCormack (Loughmore Castleiney) This game will likely be remembered as the one where young McCormack really stepped up into a real leadership role for Loughmore. He was by far and away the biggest threat for Loughmore in the game, gaining mountains of possession and taking the fight to Drom. He can hold his head high after this game.

13. Lyndon Fairbrother (JK Brackens) Noted more for his free-taking ability rather than his exploits from play but he really stepped up in this game, getting involved in a lot of the good Brackens forward play.
