2. Matt Barlow (St Marys) Barlow and his St Marys teammates are enjoying their year so far, with another very commendable win last weekend, this time over Sean Treacys. Barlow was one of the standout performers for the Clonmel men, and was a constant on the ball during the game.

3. Nathan Ryan (Cashel King Cormacs) Ryan has been a really strong addition to the Cashel defence in recent years, and he had a really good game as part of a brilliant defensive unit in the win over Portroe.

4. Jack Collins (Ballina) Collins makes the team of the week for the second week running, as he bagged himself 1-1 in Ballina's defeat to Killenaule. He looks to be a solid operator already at 18 years old and will only improve.
4.
5. Cian Flanagan (Newport) Flanagan is a key figure in the Newport defence, and when his side were dragging themselves back into contention during the second half of the win over Burgess, Flanagan's fingerprints were all over it. His 0-3 contribution was a big boon too.
