7. John Ryan (Loughmore/Castleiney) The Pounder has been a terrific dual player for Loughmore in recent years, and continues to churn out good performances in both codes. He had a very productive day against Aherlow Gaels, shooting 0-3 really good scores in the win.

8. Brian McGrath (Loughmore Castleiney) McGrath has taken up some added responsibility between midfield and the half forward line this year in his brother John's absence, and he was hugely prominent again at the weekend, linking up play very well and clipped over 0-1 too.
7.
9. Alan Moloney (Rockwell Rovers) Moloney and co were unlucky to come out on the losing side of a do-or-die clash with Kilsheelan and the weekend, but Moloney was his usual self, playing very well while shooting 0-7 in the game. Evergreen.

10. Mark Kehoe (Kilsheelan/Kilcash) Kilsheelan needed every single ounce of scoring they could muster as they just edged Rockwell Rovers, and Mark Kehoe was a big reason for that. His scores throughout the game were vital, and he was rock solid, finishing with 1-4.
