The median house price in Tipperary dropped slightly at the end of 2022, according to new CSO data

The median house price in Tipperary reduced slightly at the end of 2022.

According to the CSO Residential Property Index for December 2022, the median house price in Tipperary was €190,000.

In November 2022, it was €195,000, and in December 2021, €196,750.

Nenagh had the highest median dwelling price at €220,000.

Roscrea had the lowest at €153,000.
