Thurles Sarsfields to honour club legends in ceremony in the coming weeks

Thurles Sarsfields are set to honour two of their clubs greats from on and off the field, including former Tipperary hurler Padraic Maher on Saturday night, January 28th.

The club will honour Maher's outstanding career with Tipperary and Thurles Sarsfields along with Thomas Callanan, who vacates the role of club secretary after eighteen years.

All Sarsfields club members are invited to attend the event, which also may be a night of celebration as the club's Junior B hurlers contest the Munster final earlier in the day against Bruff of Limerick.
