10. Alan Tynan Rating: 6/10 Tynan didn't have his most prolific performance in a Tipperary jersey on Sunday. He got through some good work early in the game as usual but looked jaded pretty early in proceedings.

11. Jake Morris Rating: 7/10 The leadership mantle is one that this man needs to pick up and he started pretty well in that regard on Sunday. Got through a lot of work and his runs from deep, breaking onto possession, and his finishing was superb. A good start to the year for the Éire Óg player.

12. Gearoid O'Connor Rating: 7/10 A player that has not fully delivered on his potential so far is Gearoid O'Connor but he had a fine outing this time around in Salthill. He has had a big schedule of games at this time of the year for quite a while now, and with Fitzgibbon commitments in full flight, it was good to see that he was moving well regardless. He took his goal well and in general, he tends to take his chances. Positive.

13. Andrew Ormond Rating: 7/10 The workrate of the forwards was notable on Sunday with Ormond setting the tone in a high octane 52 minutes on the pitch. He worked his socks off out of possession and turned over ball on several occasions, adding two points to the scoreboard while he was going. He set up several scores for teammates too and looked as confident as he has ever been at senior level. Encouraging.
