Tipperary will face Clare in the Munster U20 Hurling Championship final

The Tipperary U20 side, who will bid to win a third Munster title in a row at the grade, has been named ahead of Wednesday evening's Dalata Hotel Group Munster U20 Hurling Championship final in Limerick.

Much to the dismay of the U20 management, Oisin O’Donoghue is being held in reserve for the senior action on Saturday.

The seniors' clash with the Banner, as many expected, has thrown a spanner in the works for O'Donoghue, with his man-of-the-match performance against Waterford in the last senior clash highlighting his importance to Liam Cahill's team, but the Cashel King Cormacs man will play some part from the bench.

Elsewhere, it is a settled-looking team that will be hoping to repeat the feat of the 2025 final when Tipperary managed to achieve a narrow victory in Limerick.
