WARNING: Horses loose again on Tipperary road 'for second time' in one day

Horses were loose again on the Knocklofty to Newcastle road just at Kearney’s/beyond the entrance to Knocklofty on the Newcastle side on Tuesday night.
Cllr Máirín McGrath McGrath said: "I just came upon it myself and it’s lethal with the dark, wet night.
"I have contacted Animal Welfare Officers about this. This is the second time today they have been on the road during dark hours and I’m informed it has happened several times in recent days.
"If the horses themselves aren’t injured on the road, they will be the cause of an accident. Please drive carefully."
